Initiate Return
Log into your customer account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate your return documentation.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid return shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery barcodes.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized shipping point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
